How to Enable Cookies
If you are seeing a message that your browser's cookie functionality is disabled, it's possible that you don't have cookies enabled in your browser. Below are listed browser-specific instructions on how to enable your cookies.
If these instructions do not work, try disabling your security software (e.g. Norton Security, McAfee AntiVirus, etc. ) to see if it resolves the issue. If so, refer to your security software help file to find out how to add our website as a trusted website.
  Google Chrome
  
    - Select the Chrome menu icon.
 
    - Select Settings.
 
    - Near the bottom of the page, select Show advanced settings.
 
    - In the Privacy section, select Content settings.
 
    - Select Allow local data to be set (recommended).
 
    - Select Done.

    - Click on the Menu button and choose Options.
 
    - Select the Privacy panel.
 
    - Set Firefox will: to Use custom settings for history.
 
    - Check mark Accept cookies from sites to enable cookies.
 
    - Make sure Accept third party cookies is also not set to Never.

    - Scroll to the bottom of the page and Tap or click View Advanced Settings.
 
    - Press the dropdown arrow under the Cookies field.
 
    - Select either Don't Block Cookies or Block Only Third Party Cookies.
 
    - Exit the settings panel by clicking anywhere else on the page.

    - Tap or click the Tools button, and then tap or click Internet options.

    - Under Settings, move the slider to the bottom to allow cookies.

    - Choose Safari > Preferences
 
    - Click Privacy

    - Go to Settings > Safari.
 
    - For iOS 8 and 9: set Block Cookies to Always Allow.
